Academy Opening Brief in Suit Against State Lands Commission
The World Business Academy filed its Opening Brief with the Los Angeles County Superior Court in its lawsuit against the California State Lands Commission, demanding that the state order an Environmental Impact Report addressing the well-known, significant environmental and human health dangers that would result from continued operation of the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant.
