An Update on our Fellow, Richard Barrett
Since the World Business Academy’s founding, we have been consistently supported by our dynamic team of Fellows. It is our continued goal to leverage and catalyze the ideas of our Fellows as they do for us.
The Academy is proud to share an update on the always outstanding work of our Fellow, Richard Barrett. Richard is an internationally recognized thought leader in Values-Based Leadership, Cultural Transformation, Personal Development, and the metrics of personal, cultural, and societal wellbeing. His personal vision is to create a sustainable future (economic, environmental, and social) for all mankind by accelerating the evolution and transformation of consciousness.
Richard’s most current projects include:
- Barrett Academy for the Advancement of Human Values: The Barrett Academy was created in 2018 to give broader focus to the mission of the Barrett Values Centre. - The Humanity Awareness Initiative (HAI): The Humanity Awareness Initiative is a global education and training movement designed to accelerate the evolution of human consciousness and societal wellbeing. Check out the website here, and the online HAI courses here!
- Global Wellbeing Indicators: GWI was created to help strengthen the work of nations in realizing sustainable economic progress to improve the wellbeing of their citizens. The GWI is a holistic measure of national well-being developed by the Barrett Academy, based on the Barrett Model. For more information, visit the GWI website. Additionally, Richard was recently hosted by the World Consciousness Alliance in their Renaissance of Humanity (RoH), Conversations for Change. Richard discussed the role of conscious leadership in transforming our world.
